Delete Your Account
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Delete from the Android app
- Sign in to 12 in 14 Free My App.
- Open Profile from the bottom navigation.
- Select Delete account.
- Review the warning and select Delete permanently.
What is deleted
Your 12 in 14 profile, app listings, tester assignments, wallet ledger, purchase records and uploaded app icons are deleted. Marketplace information belonging to other users remains, with your testing assignment removed from their progress.
The Firebase sign-in identity is shared with other apps in the same authentication project and is retained so deleting 12 in 14 data cannot remove access to those apps. Signing in to 12 in 14 again can create a new app-specific profile.
Request deletion without the app
Use the developer contact details on the app's Google Play listing and request deletion for the email address associated with your account. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.
